Sykes Edinburgh

We are located in the South West outskirts of the City, approximately 25 minutes by bus or car from the City Centre. Calder House (pictured above) can seat over 500 staff across 3 floors.

The building provides newly designed canteen facilities and Staff Room, fitted with sofas, TV, PCs, magazines, books, it's the ideal space to relax in during breaks. You can also enjoy a selection of coffees, hot chocolates, teas, and soups from the free vending machines placed around the building.

Sykes Edinburgh hosts a number of events throughout the year for employees. These include Craft Fairs, cake sales, fundraising events for charity, festive events and trips to the Pantomime or a visit to Santa at Christmas for those with young families.

A word from our in house Learning and Development Team...

We are responsible for creating and initiating programs and projects to aid our employees as they progress with their careers in SYKES.

We provide Training through many methods; whether it be Face to Face, online learning tools, or running career development programs for our employees; which we call our LEAP programs. We are here to help our employees LEARN, GROW & DEVELOP into their chosen career path.

We work in partnership with our colleagues, in their development journey, throughout their career here at SYKES.

We are a large multi-lingual, multi-cultural team supporting over 20 different languages from our Edinburgh site. We provide customer services and technical support for our clients in a variety of industries; including financial, healthcare, communications and IT.
